Our customers safety is our first concern
We have recently been contacted by a daughter of a 85 year old Lady. The Lady was in a motorised scooter and it broke down, which meant she was stranded. She couldn’t walk and she certainly couldn’t push it.
One of our drivers saw the Lady was in distress, he became her knight in shining armour. He put her scooter in the back of his cab, helped the lady into his cab too, took her home and settled her in. The lady wanted to pay for the journey, however he refused to take anything from her, all he was concerned about was getting the customer to safety.
