Driver of the month – December 2019
A huge congratulations to Chris who was put forward and won December’s award and £100 cash!
We received excellent feedback about Chris, who offered extra assistance to some customers with mobility impairment.
He collected the husband and wife from Morrisons, assisted them to the vehicle, folded the wheelchair and loaded their shopping into the boot. Chris also spent time chatting with them and letting them know about the Nexus TaxiCard Scheme, which helps people with difficulties travel independently. They have since signed up.
They were that happy with the high level of customer service they received from Chris that they phoned the company to let us know about how much they enjoyed travelling with us. Keep up the good work Chris!
