Driver of the Month – May 2024

Fred was sent to rescue a lady in distress one evening who was having trouble with her key fob and was unable to open her car.
The lady wanted to be taken to her home address to pick up a spare key and then return to her car in an attempt to enter it. However, Fred came to the rescue like a βKnight in Shining Armourβ and sorted out the problem in no time at all, allowing the lady to drive her own car home
The lady phoned the office when she arrived home and was absolutely buzzing, because Fred had been so nice and helpful and wouldnβt accept any payment whatsoever.In another commendation a lady who had booked a taxi to be picked up from her home address in the early hours of the morning contacted the office to say that Fred should be considered for a sainthood.
She said she was having a really bad time and Fred had helped her with a ridiculous amount of luggage at 3:30 am in the morning, and that he was a great character with excellent customer service skills.
